About Us
London Home Pet Euthanasia Service, proudly serving London, Ontario, and the surrounding communities—where heartfelt goodbyes are met with dignity, compassion, and gentle care.
My name is Dr. Thomas Sebastian, and my path to veterinary medicine began far from here, in the rural landscapes of southern India. I grew up surrounded by animals who were not merely livestock, but beloved companions woven into our family life. Watching veterinarians care for our small herd with skill and empathy, I came to understand the profound impact they had not only on animals, but also on the people who loved them. These early experiences planted the seeds of a lifelong calling.
My parents once envisioned a different vocation for me—they hoped I would become a Catholic priest. I embraced that possibility and even began my initial training, believing for a time that this was my calling. Life, however, led me along a different path—one that ultimately brought me into veterinary medicine.
Today, as I provide compassionate end-of-life care and support families through one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, I often reflect on that early calling. In offering presence, comfort, and dignity at life’s final chapter, I feel that I am, in many ways, fulfilling my parents’ hopes after all—through a vocation rooted in service, empathy, and deep respect for life.
After moving to Canada, my focus shifted to companion animals, and I went on to own and operate a veterinary practice. During this time, I witnessed firsthand the depth of the human–animal bond and the emotional journey families experience when it is time to say goodbye.
London Home Pet Euthanasia Service was born from the belief that pets deserve a peaceful passing in the familiar and loving surroundings of home. I provide in-home euthanasia services for cats and dogs, allowing families the space, privacy, and comfort to honor their pet’s life and cherish their final moments together.
We understand the importance of creating a calm, respectful, and stress-free environment for both pets and their families during this sensitive time. As a small, family-owned service, we are able to offer a more personal and attentive experience, ensuring that each farewell is handled with compassion, care, and reverence. Our goal is to make your pet’s final journey a gentle and loving transition, surrounded by the warmth of home.
