I may be arriving from a prior appointment, and because some families wish to spend additional time sharing memories—which I deeply respect—there may occasionally be minor timing variations. Traffic conditions can also contribute to small delays.

For these reasons, we kindly ask, when possible, that you allow for an arrival window of approximately 30 minutes from appointment time (for example, between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m; for an 11:00 a.m. appointment).

If a one-hour window is not feasible for your situation, please let us know, and we will work with you to provide a more precise arrival time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
